John's brother Evan turned 21 on May 24. John, Emma and I went over to Indianapolis the night before so that we could spend all day with celebrating with him. :) Evan bought himself a handgun (because he's 21 now) and in keeping with that theme, we pretty much spent all day shooting things. The morning and early afternoon was spent on a paintball course, the heat of the late afternoon at the Smillie home for BBQ, cake and ice cream, and the evening at a friend's home (BFF Frank) to "try out" Evan's new hand gun.
I had never done paintball before, and - once I got the hang of it - it was SO much fun! Somehow I got quite a bit of pleasure out of shooting at my siblings-in-law and some of their friends ......... :D
