Emma Grace is 3!

Our little girly is 3! Before she got up on her birthday morning I hung some balloons in our stairwell to surprise her, and standing on the stairs as they hit them turned out to be one of Em and Ian's favorite things of the day! Definitely going to put them up again for Ian's birthday in June. : )

for birthday breakfast she requested eggs and toast! I think last year she asked for chocolate chip pancakes - her tastes are getting a bit broader.

when I was asking Emma Grace what she wanted for her party she kept saying that she wanted "a flower party" and lots of cake and balloons. So I did my best with lots of pink, tissue flowers and glitter (she loves glitter!).

tuckered out by eleven! apparently turning 3 is rather tiring : ) she took a 2 hour nap and got up just before her guests arrived.

cousins and a birthday party

 Owen turned one on March 3rd, and we all got together on Feb 25 to celebrate with the little guy! The cousins loved playing with Mimi's puppies : )

 and we tried getting some photos with all 4 of them - maybe 2 of the photos turned out? They are at such a wiggly age!
